We are so grateful for your overwhelming interest in our Enrichment Daycare Program.
Due to high demand, we are pausing acceptance of new daycare clients at the moment, unless pups complete our Puppy School Program and have been evaluated to be a good fit for our Enrichment Daycare Program.

If you are not interested in our Puppy School Program but would like to be put on our Enrichment Daycare Program Waitlist, please email us at contact@packpawsitive.com. We will let you know as soon as we open enrollment again.

Enrichment Daycare
What do we mean by “not your average doggy daycare”?!?
Glad you asked…
- Our daycare program, (which we call Day Camp 2.0) is not a typical doggy daycare program. We are an Enrichment Daycare, centered around teaching positive social interactions, developing good manners, biological fulfillment, and enrichment activities.
- Not only will your dog get to play with other dogs, we guide our Day Campers to learn proper interactions and socialization skills with their doggy peers.
- Our Day Camp 2.0 Program also incorporates training (basic cues and repetition if your pup already knows basic cues), overall good manners, games and mentally stimulating puzzles and activities to help dogs learn how to problem solve.
- Our program is developed for and enjoyed by dogs of all ages!
- The combination of physical and mental stimulation will have your pup fulfilled and pleasantly pooped after their stay with us. As the saying goes…a tired dog is a good dog (and a happy pet parent)!

*If your pup isn’t quite ready for our Day Camp 2.0 program, we offer a Socialization Training Camp. This program is 1-4 hours of training, focused on setting your dog up for success in new environments. We help your pup learn how to properly socialize with both humans and other dogs. We start off slowly and increase the amount of time as your pup progresses. We may recommend several sessions of Socialization Training Camp or we may recommend Puppy School if your pup needs extra guidance before they are ready for our daycare program.

Process & Requirements
Evaluation Process
We want to be sure each dog coming through our doors has a safe, fun, and educational experience. Daycare is not for every dog, so we want to be sure it is a good fit for all parties, which is why we have a multi-step process before dogs can be accepted into our Enrichment Daycare Program.
Step 1. To begin, we require all dogs to complete an evaluation. This is to determine if they will be a good fit for our program and also to make sure we are a good fit for them!
All dogs must be completely social with other dogs, house/potty trained, fully vaccinated, and spayed/neutered as soon as their vets recommend in order to be considered (no later than one year old). This is to ensure maximum health and safety for all of our guests.
*Please see our Spay/Neuter Requirements for more information on spay/neuter requirements.
For the evaluation, our trainer will work with your dog one-on-one for an hour. During the evaluation, we cover:
- How they handle being away from you, the pet parent(s)
- Learning if there is any separation anxiety
- How they handle socialization with dogs and our staff
- If we can get their attention, create a connection, interrupt a behavior, etc.
- Learn what commands they know and find out if they are able to demonstrate their commands in a setting with distractions (at daycare)
At the end of each evaluation, we will go over the details with you and let you know if we feel your pup is a good fit for our daycare program and vice versa.
Step 2. If we feel your pup is a good fit, we ask that all new dogs complete at least one day of Socialization Training Camp before beginning daycare. This is to ensure we take the appropriate time and can slowly acclimate your dog to our daycare pack, allowing us time to monitor more in-depth interactions, socialization, and play.
*Please see the Socialization Training Camp for more details.
If your pup is not quite ready to join our Enrichment Daycare and we feel you may need more than just the Socialization Training Camp, we may suggest our Puppy School Program before beginning daycare.
Step 3. After your pup has completed the Evaluation, Socialization Training Camp and/or Puppy School, your pup can begin attending our Enrichment Daycare Program.
We always have each dog’s well-being at the forefront of everything we do, which is why we have such a structured evaluation process. We want each dog joining our pack to not only have a great time but learn and thrive in our Enrichment Daycare Program.
Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:
- Canine Influenza
- Leptospirosis
- Distemper/Parvo
- Bordetella (kennel cough)
- Rabies
Vaccinations must be kept up to date! For the safety of your pet and our other guests, we ask that vaccinations do not lapse. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep your pets up to date with vaccinations and provide Pack Pawsitive with a copy of all updated vaccination records.
*If at any time your dog’s vaccinations lapse, we will need to suspend services until the vaccinations are up to date and we have received a copy of the current vaccination records.
Thank you for your understanding and your help in keeping our pack healthy!
Spay/Neuter Requirements
Although we dearly love all creatures in every shape and form, unaltered dogs possess hormones that can set off other dogs, at no fault of their own. We require all dogs attending our Enrichment Daycare Program to be spayed/neutered. This policy is for safety reasons. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
*Due to the fact that veterinarians are now recommending certain large breed dogs wait until at least 1 year to be spayed or neutered, we do make exceptions for puppies up to 1 year of age on a case-by-case basis, provided they pass our temperament/socialization requirements and their unaltered status is not disruptive to the pack.
